Wow...it's been such a long time, this site brings back so many memories...anyway, I guess this site is going down to outdated
and crap and I don't feel like teaching anyway..

Ok this is starting to tick me off, everyone who imes me or emails me about the rad stuff, READ THROUGH THE PAGES, i said
i would put a lot more martial arts moves than rad ki moves, jeez...im one more freakin time...or email, gosh...people need
to read things..., and on note like before rad ki is practically for Fun!! gosh...all u hardcore martial artist thinking their
is no room for fun, then their is no room for devolpment..as my sensei in Karate and Aikido once told me.

Well im bored at a college campus so thought i'd do some revising and stuff for the site and since i've been training
and practicing more ive found some things out so ill post those to. Also decided i will put some Rad stuff here with some
trad but since im kinda back into both and can do Rad anywhere im most likely goin to put a little bit more of those... Oh
and also the reason some of the other pages have nothin filled out is because im goin through my Ki training again to find
different methods to them instead of just the vizualizing because some people say they have that vizualazation problem like
i do so i just thought i'd try to help them find some different ways to help others with that so they dont have to just rack
their brain to do something that could be so simple.
